Advance scheduling will be available for test takers with approved accommodations. If you have been approved for accommodation, you will receive an email notification from Pearson VUE the week of October 3rd with instructions to begin submitting scheduling requests. If you did not receive this email from Pearson VUE, please contact [email protected].
Getting ready for October registration
Be sure to fill out the first five tabs in the MCAT registration system before opening day (the system will be open from October 7 at noon ET through October 24 at 10:00 a.m. ET).

Check out the top 10 registration tips. Reminder: There is no point in logging into the registration system 10 minutes before scheduling begins. Starting at noon ET, anyone who 11:50 a.m. ET logs in to be randomly assign a spot in line to register but If you are at 11:50 a.m. ET, you’re put at the end of the line so Watch a short video to learn how the waiting room works.
If you are not yet ready to schedule your test, the MCAT registration system will be open for scheduling for available dates after October 26th.
Regional Opening
We will open registration for some parts of the United States and some international locations (Group A) on Tuesday, October 25 at noon ET, and all remaining test center locations (Group B) on Wednesday, Oct. 26 at noon ET.

International Locations: Australia, selected provinces of Eastern Canada (Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec), China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, Qatar, Lebanon, and the United Kingdom.
Group B Test Centers: Wednesday, October 26 at noon ET
Test centers located in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, Nevada so New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

AAMC Fee Assistance Program: If you are interest in applying to the Fee Assistance Program, please submit your materials at least 10 business days prior to the start of registration. You must be approve for benefits before you can take advantage of the discount registration fee.
